edited 16 June 2011 at 12:28PM in It's gone, but was it any good?
I've just called my vet to order Frontline combo for my cat, Usually approx £40 for 6 months worth there is currently an offer on which means I get 8 months for the price of 6.

Those of you who own pets will know how important but expensive flea prevention is.

As far as I am aware most vets are running this offer until 30th June.

Not sure this deal has been expressed correctly. A search on the net suggests the deal is

"During May and June, buy 3 pipettes and get 1 free, or buy 6 pipettes and get 2 free"

Perhaps the OP has confused the buy 6 get 2 free offer and reversed it as buy 2 months get 6 free?

8 MONTHS FOR THE PRICE OF 6

The Frontline avail online without a prescription is the standard Frontline it does not work, my cat got fleas despite me using that.

I order my pup's food online from this store as it offers me a really good deal and I can also get 6 month's supply of LARGE dog frontline (Combo) for £32.68. Delivery is free for orders over £19. Can highly recommend this Company :)

I recommend that you all register with your local RSPCA who give accurate amounts and can dispense at half the cost.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

  • Please be very careful with frontline combo, my dog is fine with frontline but frontline combo burned his skin, he had hair loss and a big ulcer on his back for weeks it was horrific, when I googled it there are much worse stories than mine :( now we use garlic as flea prevention and have not seen any of the nasty little things since

My cat is ok with the combo, like any medication animals can have the same problems as humans do regarding side affects, luckily mines ok with it xx
