  • I had a quidco account and found their customer service to be pretty pants as soon as I had a problem that needed sorting! They did pay out in previous months, but I had a problem after I bought a holiday through expedia, who 'apparently' didn't recognise that I had done so via the quidco link, so I didn't get my cashback..I was furious as I spent over £2000 on the family holiday!
Needless to say I don't use them anymore. I found greasypalm offer speedier payouts and actually have useful customer support! Just my thoughts!
Sorry for the rant and good luck getting your paypal problem sorted!

Greasy Palm? Agree with what you say about Quidco - but greasy palm keep HALF the money. Their sister site 'wepromiseto' pay in full.

Can't beat Topcashback for customer service though (they pay in full too).
  • Sorry, I absolutely meant to put wepromiseto, but I was deep in rant and got myself all twisted! I had accounts with both until I discovered wepromiseto - use them all the time now!
I guess the 50% greasypalm keep goes towards ensuring members are paid out in a timely fashion and customer support is there!
Thankyou for the correction though (I am far too new at this forum stuff!)
