apart from being wrong about it being in the Mail and it being an Ad and accusing someone of telling porkies you mean ? you seemed to have jumped to the wrong conclusions to everything else in this thread so maybe its not to much of a jump to conclude that there may very well be a innocent answer to your other question

I remember Time/Tiny Pc's , went under then resurfaced as "Timeuk" at the same address and in the same factory with the same owners about 6 months later but the creditors from the "old" company did not get a penny

that is my main concern here...I stand by the rest i posted

It must be a misprint in the paper surely?

I searched high and low for the 40W and only managed to find it a tad under £1500 in two places (same prices now). The 40X is a more expensive piece of kit so an absolute bargain isf the price quoted is right!

I'd just like to thank Browntoa (and have in one of your posts) for the information. I see this as totally relevant as I have been stung before by a company who then opened up again and then sold exactly the same items!
I think this information is very useful, but those of you that don't can just disregard it and come back here crying if they get stung.

Update, I have a reply from 121 on this:
