I urchased beggining of may one of their sale items pointing to them when ordering that its an sale item , only to find out when delivered that ghey charged me ful price before sale ( nearly £40 difference with my item). 2 months on , 2 letters sent , 6 phone calls to customer services later and they still did not amend invoice , so i have no choice but report hem to trading standatrd and watchdog.
