I registered too, I think the survey bit was where they asked about how many children in household etc. There were only a couple of questions.

and they are not asking for the address,only postcode,how they will contact,when it will arrive any idea?

I was just wondering that Saveforfuture, i've just looked again and there is nowhere for addresses. Perhaps if you win they will request it when they notify via email!
