Boots Treat Street - How Do You Collect the Points??

I got an emailing confirming the transaction had gone through Treat Street and I was entitled to points. I went to the machines in-store but there was no option to collect points? Am I doing something wrong?

Hey. Heres the word for word on how you collect the points acording to boots

After 35 days, your points will be available to pick up from any Advantage Card Extra Offers Kiosk. It takes 35 days in case you decide to cancel your transaction, or return your item. A few shops may take a little longer but we'll make you aware of that when you go to their website. We'll always email you to let you know as soon as your points are ready to pick up.
