Best current buy to let mortgages

Hi,

does anyone know the best buy to let deals around at the moment whcih flexibility to over pay and end early without any penalti deals.
Looking at fixed and trackers at moment but will probably opt for the tracker.

thanks

  • The answer depends on many more factors than you have given here (LTV, purchase, remortgage, your status etc).

There are some very good (short term offer) deals floating around at moment - we have just processed a couple of real stunners compared with general market (one gratified client taking us out for a thrash on Friday to say thanks!).

I am becoming repetitive here but - get a broker willing to watch developments daily (many of the better deals available only to brokers, to a great extent unlike residential) and depending upon overall circumstances you may well get soemthing very attractive.

We're in the middle of getting our mortgage processed for BTL with BM Solutions 4.69% fixed 75% LTV with £500 cashback on completion. Fee is 0.5% of loan . Quite good when we compared to others out there. I would recommend talking to a mortgage broker, we wouldn't have been able to get access to this deal directly. We're using london and country and so far ther've been good
  • .... and they had a 4.29% (2yr) fix with same conditions for about 7 days last week (we slipped the client I refer to above to it mid application) - however it doesn't allow overpayments, therefore wouldn't suit the OP I suggest.

BTL deals are coming and going almost daily at the moment, its a full time job to keep up !
