Portable 12 volt flat screen tv

Hi
This is the first time I have posted in this particular forum.
My boyfriend is an angler and spends many an hour bivvied up at the side of a lake. He is wanting a 12 volt portable flatscreen tv which he can plug in to a power pack so that he can wile away the hours while he waits for the Biggie to come along!
If anyone can point me in the direction of a bargain I would be most grateful.
