Mortgage Holiday help please?!

We are considering taking a mortgage holiday for a few months to help us with our wedding payments, does anyone have any advice/knowledge about how this will affect our mortgage in the future? Will we have to pay anything during that break?

Talk to your lender. There was a post last week from someone who found their credit file marked with mortgage arrears after an agreed payment holiday.I am a mortgage broker. At some stage your payments will increase because your mortgage will still continue to attract interest but you will not be paying anything off the capital.
