I was taking pictures of outside a store in a shopping mall today and the security guard told me no more pictures when I walked past him. He said no photos were allowed to be taken. I tried to explain but the information didn't seem to register properly. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Re are not going to like me. Amounst my replied to the FIVE questions they asked:
Q11 - How did the colleague start the conversation?
Answer : In a natural and friendly manner
Query Note : Please provide comments to support your answer and explain how this made you feel as a customer.
Q11. I don’t really understand what comments you would like. Do you want the specific dialogue? Also, I’m unclear how to answer the second question of how it made me feel. I had no feelings about this, the staff member spoke to me in the same was anybody else does. Can you give an example to clarify?
Q19 - What else would you have wanted or needed to see to guarantee the purchase?
Comments: Nothing.............
Query Note : Please review your comment.
Q19. I have reviewed.

Anyone done any GFK banks - transaction and foreign currency?
They've called me up to do 2, one yesterday and one on Friday but the the transaction bit is tricky. I paid in cash yesterday only by taking too much out of the ATM the day before. I don't have any cheques to pay in or bills to pay so will have to do that again - which must look suspicious. I'm racking my brains of anything that I currently pay by direct debit that I can somehow pay over the counter instead.December 2010 wins - 12 month Four Four Two subscription; Alcatel OT 708 phone; Miffy cuddly toy; Nivea gift pack0 -
May look less suspicious if you do £31.32 or something that is not a round figure. Then it looks as though you've received a payment for something and doesn't tie in exactly with a cash machine withdrawal. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Well, if the proofreader is going to ask me to clarify my comments, the least they can do is make sure there own instructions are clear.

I did something similar, but I don't think they even access your account so it shouldn't be a problem. If they say anything just say you took the cash out to pay a friend, but now your plans have changed.0 -
They aren't going to say anything really. I've taken £30 out of the ATM round the corner, then gone in and aid it back in again! If they'd have said anything I would have just said I have 2 accounts, and accidently took it out of that one instead of my other one.
Or take out £50 and pay in £20 or £30 or something, so they will just assume you got to much out.
I think it would be unprofessional for the MoS to question you about withdrawing and paying in money.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
