Ah that company, sorry but they are the slowest payers that I know off. It will be at least 2 months before you see anything from them so don't bother checking anytime soon. Most people tend to just work for them once when they realise how ling it takes them to pay. Also think that building society is their only customer in the UK.

Morning everyone,

I need to talk to GFK as they owe me money for 8 jobs done in July. They haven't paid me and I don't know why. I have one job booked for them today but am reluctant to do it in case they don't pay.

I have been trying to contact them by email and phone since Monday. Has anybody here actually managed to talk to a human there?

I think they normally have a 0800 number on the coversheet of visit details. I normally get a call back if I email them. There is a lady called Meena who I find very helpful.

Unusal for GFK not to pay up. I have never had a problem, they always seem to pay on time. Have you made sure your bank details are set up correctly?

Agree meena is always helpful and easy to deal with.

Just spoke to Michelle who was lovely and she said that the problem was that I had not altered the claim section from 0.00 to the correct amount!

So need to look out for that in future. Have been with GFK for ages so knew my bank account details weren't the problem.

I always think it's a booty call when she calls up. She does that sultry laugh and goes "Hey, it's me, I was hoping you could do me a favour". LOL. What kind of favour indeed! I always end up thinking who the funk is "me" as GFK always call with a private number.
