anyone had probs with cartex.co.uk (lexmark)??

i ordered 4 cartridges (£56) off them 3 weeks ago and despite emailing three times, not heard a word.

Says they despatch in 2 working days!!

Anyone else had any probs with them?

YES! I have had major problems DO NOT TOUCH CARTEX WITH A BARGEPOLE!
I accidentally ordered twice a set of print ink for my printer priced at £35. I used the back button because the order was not complete. BIG mistake. I phoned five minutes later to be told that they had all ready been despatched... double at £70.00. They arrived two weeks later.
I also ( prior to this) recommended them to a friend. She was charged £28.00 for two print cartridges that have yet to arrive (four weeks)
They will not answer emails, the complaint email is not valid.
Save yourself money!
DONT SHOP WITH CARTEX< THEY SUCK>
