Is it not only in the last year that there was a big furore about the Water Service awarding contracts without proper Tendering? Board members etc were sacked, people were suspended and investigated, there were big investigations etc.. Now we find that the Stormont departments have awarded abot 20% of its consultant contracts withut properly Tendering for them.... Roll on the mass sackings and suspensions and investigations
And to top it of the DOF overspend on one contract by 10 times the estimated value... OK if it was a £1000 contrct but it was a £1million contract that turned out to cost £10million....

Maybe you would be better expressing yourself to Stephen Nolan . That was quite a rant0

They'll bring the country down from within and make it un-investable from outside0
