Anyone been paid by greasy palm in june?

I have had an account for years, but they always seemed to find a way for wiggleing out of payments.
This time however I reached my £25 in may, it said 30 days later you would be paid. The bacs date even says paid on the 1st june, no funds have chased and get the normal 10 working days fob off which is today and not a sausage.
Im considering taking them to small claims as have the proof.

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Reopened my ticket today (after getting the 10 working days spiel) and got this:
"There has been a delay in this months payments, this will be with you by the end of the week. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you."“Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Why not use a 100% cashback in future it could save you lots of money, Quidco or topcashback to name but a few.0

I have been a member with them for a while now and never had any problems. They have paid out fine on all of my purchases, and to be honest, whenever I'm looking to make an online purchase I normally head to greasypalm first to at least get some cash back!
I've spoken with Fiona at customer services a few times before and she seems genuinely helpful - I believe there is sometimes a delay as retailers have to verify with greasypalm that your transaction was completed.
On another note, has anyone tried any of greasypalms' related review sites that offer cashback when you review their selected sites or the one that pays you for completing surveys, as I am wondering about using them, though have never been down this route before. (I don't want to mention the actual web addresses for fear of being accused of promoting them and being blocked!!)

I've not had my payment either same message from them as others have mentioned above. Have checked today no payment and none scheduled for Monday either.
Makes me wonder if something else is going on here, I wonder if they are in financial trouble
I've had probs in the past but never with receiving the payments.

Hello,
I have had a few payments from GreasyPalm. They promised to make the payment within a couple days of the 1st - but once it only arrived on 15th!!
They do seem to take a while to make payments.
There customer service is very under-staffed, they often claim to get back to you within 24 hours, but some times, it has took over a month for a reply back
