Hi,
My card showed despatched and it hasn't arrived so I emailed them and got a reply straight away apologising and explaining that they struggled with the amount of cards ordered and they had a power cut. It was a nice email and said that the cards have all been sent now.

mine arrived today, well it was a little late or you could say early, it will go in the cupboard for next year!

My dad was really pleased with the card I made .

Unfortunately I am having problems with another card (spoof Rugger Weekly), I want to make him for his birthday in a fortnight . I can get the picture to load and I can change all the personalisation details, but when I click to proceed I get kicked back to the homepage instead of the inner card. Any ideas?

I have tried using IE and Chrome, have cleared cookies, logged on/off and tried different times of the day.

Mine hasn't arrived yet either - ordered at about 11.30am on the Weds morning.

Ordered one from Funky Pigeon a few minutes before this and it arrived next morning

I called them up this morning and he was really nice about it and offered me a free refund and also the next card I buy will be free. Still kinda sucks that my dad's never received their cards though. Hey ho!

My card never arrived, and when I emailed them, they refunded this one and offered me a free card in future.

They mentioned in the email that they'd received 8500 orders, and 5000 of them being 1p cards. "We processed all but 320 cards before the 6pm Royal Mail postage deadline. Your card was one of these last few which did not get processed."

It would be interesting to know, of those 320 cards that didn't make it, how many of them cost 1p?

I emailed them and got the reply that 320 cards did not make it due to a power cut, but find this hard to believe, my order was placed only an hour after the promotion started on thursday, so why would it take until friday at 2pm when the power cut happened to print my card? My wife also placed an order at 6pm on thursday, this also didn't arrive but came in this mornings post, mine is still yet to arrive!! I emailed them back to explain that there reply didn't make sense and go a rude email back saying it was upto me if I believed their story or not! My wife had also placed an order on moonpig after me and that card arrived next day, will be sticking to them in future as this shamble of a company obviously can't cope with the demand it had advertised for.
