first of all thank you one-eye, I just found an email sent at 17:00 in junk that I won this

So very excited but heres the typical bit, at 15:00 today I thought, ah well havent won and bought 2 tickets before they sold out (which they did) not I have this email!

What should I do? I'd rather get my money back and go for free, thats the point but will they do it? Am gonna try calling in the morning but any suggestions

Then again, if anyone want to buy them? Av paid £23.50 for the tickets. Sigh, was gonna say wish I had waited but no, I wish they had contacted me this morning! :mad:

Update, contacted the box office and they have sold the bought tickets on for me at a cost of 10%, better then a slap in the face with a wet fish So now am all ellated again about but win! Seems to be the year of the ticket, its my 3rd win this year and all have been tickets lol

If you don't already know someone else who wants to go then I would also try returning the tickets.
If you bought the tickets by phone or internet then 'distance selling' regulations might help you - try searching on MSE.
