Not ordered any extra accessories yet cos we'll wait and see what else we need after using it for a while, then probably go to ebay. DS is going to be made up come his birthday in a couple of weeks - you'll probably all hear the screams!!
No harm in waiting till you are used to it before getting extra bits - but I would avoid eBay. You never know quite what you are getting, and there is no comeback if you change your mind, or worse if something is faulty.
There are so many deals and offers, that you should not have to pay full retail for anything, if you shop around.
Let us know how you get on once the Birthday is here, and you are all playing on it !0 -
ToysRUs seem to have their console/sports/wii fit plus balance board bundle back in stock - both black and white @ £225. This makes me happy as so many other places are currently out of stock.

Morning all, I see there is much talk of Mario Kart being a good all round game. I played it a week or two back and can confirm it is brilliant, full on family action entertainment, loads of varied tracks and unlock more and various hidden vehicles as you progress through the ranks. This one comes complete with the official Wii steering wheel in the pack too.
I ordered mine last night from Ebuyer for £26:99 with free delivery choose the 5 day supersaver delivery in the dropdown delivery option box, stuff generally arives in less than 5 days from Ebuyer. I rekon this was about the best price available at the mo'
Ebuyer product number is 175097, hope this helps.

You can buy Wii Play, which includes a Wii Remote, for £26.97 from Amazon at the moment. If only want the Remote then Shopto are cheaper at the moment @ £24.99 although if you don't need it immediately then maybe hold out to see Amazon prices because although they are currently £27.48, I bought mine on 13/03/10 for £22.84

Amazon also have the nunchuk for £11.50 although if you can wait for a while you may get this cheaper on Amazon (I bought one on 22/2/10 from Amazon for £10.15)

I already have a wii console, but looking to now get the wii fit/board.
Are these just sold separately, or are there usually deals to be found buying them together.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -

I would recommend that you buy the Wii Fit Plus/Board bundle rather Standard Wii Fit. Shopto have this for £78.75 at the moment or John Lewis have it for £78.95
