What to use when your favourite moisturiser doesn't have SPF

The moisturiser I like doesn't have an SPF, in such a case what do you use, especially if your make up doesn't contain it either.

buy one of the all year round type UVA/UVB facial sucscreens which are much better anyway eg Clarins SPF 40, Shsssseido Ultimate sun protection cream, Kiehls have bought a new one out and there is one in SpaceNK that people recommend, Nia 24 SPF 30. Put it on OVER the moisturiser. And do the backs of your hands as well all year round! Dermatologists like Lowe (does Boots creams) recommend sunscreens with Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide which these have0 -
buy a moisturiser with a spf in. olay have one with spf 30. i use nivea q10 day cream it has a spf 15.it is £10 or at the moment 2 for £12 at boots.0
