I have just purchased an e-book which has been sent, as an attachment, to my email address.
When I try to download the attachment the adobe programme comes up with an error
'There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found'
Can anybody help please?
Thanks

Hi Robyne
It is a pdf file. When i try to download the attachment it asks if i want to open or save the file to my computer. I am selecting open it then goes straight to adobe reader 6 and gives me the error message.0 -
I have now managed to get the e-book through adobe. My mistake was selecting to open the file rather than saving it to my computer.
Thanks for the response.0 -
