how do i do this

Hi there,
I'm after some advice please.
I normally work about 6 hours a week for my employer i earn around £1,500 PA.
a lady i know would like me to do some work for her it's just
a one off thing which in total i will earn around £200.00
i know i will need to declare this payment even though i earn under my tax allowance
but how do i declare this one off payment.

    Honestly - I would not bother. You have no tax liability and no possibility, therefore, of wrongdoing by defrauding our HMRC friends. Strictly this 'lady' should be taking tax off your payment (any oldies remember 'Q' schemes?') but the rigmarole in claiming this back is nonsensical. Rest easy and think no more of it.
