You'll have to help me here - exactly where in that sentence does it actually state that she WASN'T receiving a FT wage?
Should my notice pay be paid on the f/t wage or the p/t wage as the act says full pay.

I can think of no sector where it is even remotely common for people to be paid full-time wages for part-time working. I can certainly think of sectors where the employer uses sickpay (contractual or SSP) for the "balance of the hours" - or where the employee is expected to use annual leave for the balance. But a sector where employers generously pay you your full wage to not work full-time? Nope, not ringing any bells! But of course, if the OP had been doing either of these things, then she would not have said, as several others here also confirm, that she was getting a part-time wage.
If anyone here can name the employers who pay full-time wages when you work part-time, it'd be great to have a list of them so that people can look for any jobs they might have going

I can only assume that 'Emplawyer' was referring to situations where the company sick pay is a f/t wage (ie, public sector), and people are allowed to building up their hours whilst actually on sick pay - as you suggested. Other than that, I'd like a list, too.

Indeed.
It is quite common in jobs that offer extensive sick pay (e.g. six months full, six months half) to allow a member of staff to return for gradually increasing hours without being worse off than they would be at home.
I think putting a different construction on it is playing with words.0 -

I can only respond as I did previously - which part of the OP's posts stating that they were on "part-time wages" when they went off sick, was unclear?
I do not play semantics on these boards because it is unfair to posters. I do not play "lawyering". I have always, and consistently, answered the question that is asked based on the evidence provided by the poster. I do not make assumptions - or when I do I say that I am making assumptions. I do not leap to wholly unsupported legal opinions. I do not try or pretend to be something. Posters are entitled to make of me what they will. And I do not have a user ID that suggests that I am something I am not.0
