Hi
Not sure if this is the right place to post, so by all means redirect me if ive got it wrong!
I have been baking cupcakes for friends and family for a while and always been told I could sell them and earn extra money. My parents have befriended a few cafe owners now they are retired and one in particular is interested in trying my cupcakes (and possibly other cakes) to sell in her shop.
Now ive read through the food hygiene info and it says if you only cook for 5 days within 5 weeks then you dont need to be registered with Environmental Health, which is good news.
My concern is that we are going to try for a baby soon and I havent a clue how doing this one day a week would work as I dont want to lose out on maternity pay.
I would love to know if anyone can help with this :-)
Many thanks

You may wish to rephrase that part of the sentence in red as it can be interpreted in more than one way
