"Subscribe to Radio Times and receive your first 12 issues for just £1. After that your subscription will continue at £22.99 every 26 issues by direct debit - saving 33%"

Can't see any terms and conditions to say if you can cancel after 12 months without penalty.

    ETA:
    8. Can I request a refund or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund you for all the issues that have been not mailed.

I did this last year and got my Christmas/New Year editions included. No problems cancelling the subscription after I had received all my issues. Going to try again with this, not sure if they will let me having already done it before...but nothing ventured...

I've had Radio Times delivered for at least a couple of years now and suddenly they decided to put the cost of 26 issues up from £19.99 to £29.99 so I phoned up and they informed me the price had gone up for everybody. I emailed to cancel my subscription and they didn't offer me any discounts.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you

I had a subscription for a couple of years but they put it up to £31 for six months (up from £19.99), which actually made it the same cost as it is in shops, so I cancelled. This was earlier this year. I saw this on here earlier and thought I'd try again - initial deal being brilliant and ongoing subs costs less than my previous quote. It seems to have gone through OK, using the same addresses (email and postal) and bank account.
