Data controller for Lloyds TSB

  • I need help with this Cdr Data Quality people, I have an account with lloyds Tsb (current).

    I have no credit facility with lloyds but Cdr data quality team has put a marker on my account with lloyds. I am unable to get any credit facility with them eg overdraft etc. I have been in to the bank countless times and they don't seem to have a clue what is goin on. Help pls

    thanks for the reply..........but still confused tho . The marker is from CDR not CDP .

    Will that affect me getting credit from somewhere else ?

    This has been happening for a year now and still not been resolved ( wrote to CDR NO REPLY )

    CPD = Credit Policy Decline

    CPD only affects Lloyds TSB accounts
