  • Try the Barclays, Marbles websites?
  • I've got a Barclays current account & have claimed against both Barclays & Barclaycard & the account is still open.

I opened a parachute account account anyway just in case & Barclays did seem to bebein awkward but it might just be my perception but things that used to take a few days to clear when paying them in suddenly started taking 10 days to clear so I transferred all my direct debits to my new smile account.

Cheers for that SBB, tried that last link you gave me, but found alot of addresses there too. I was thinking of just writing to their registered offices, fao the data protection officer - i would thin it would get to them, if not directly.

Sanfrancisco, beleieve it or not, but their websites have no addresses on them (that i can find) just telephone numbers.

Ah well, first batch of letters sent tomorrow - got all the templates of here. may as well give it a shot - even if its only £100 or so
