College fees

I recently completed a cours at an agricultural college which had a reduced price because `Iam in receipt of JSA.
I have not ben able to pay the fee yet and today I received a letter from a company call TNC collections demanding the full £227.
I rang them and they immediately said you have to send us proof of JSA which I have never been asked to do before and I owe a lot more money to some companies. I said I am currently giving one pound a month to some of my creditors and that is all I can pay, he said ok we will advise the college to go through court, as so to scare me it seemed!

Don't talk to them on the phone.

Send them proof of JSA, along with a SOA, and offer a repayment plan of whatever you can afford.
