is it possible to get boots with a crappy slippy heel resoled to have a non slip rubbery sole, flat even though they have a tiny kitten heel? is this possible? does it look ok?

Take them to any shoe repair shop, I have taken my dads shoes to a local one a few times and they have fitted new soles they had a few different options so you should be able to get some sutable for your boots.
The one we go to is a little shop with an oldish man who looks like he has lived in the place for years but he knows what he is doing rather than taking them to a big chain like johnsons or whatever its called.0
