i got my statements from capital one and just worked out they owe me £1368 im just thinkin off all the lovely debts that would pay off.

i'll have to go over to the relclaimin bank charges board to see wot they are like for paying up.

    I've just realised that I might have outstanding charges on my capital one card...I used to pay my bill late EVERY MONTH :o I had mush for brains for a while.

    Anyway, sorry for the hijack - thanks for the prompt to get my own charges back from them. Good luck with your claim

  • Consumer Action Group also have a board set up for each bank & credit card so you can get some pretty specific information there.

    Go for them and keep going - I had to actually get the court to start action against them before they agreed to pay in full but I have got my money ... plus all the lovely interest you can add when it goes to court!! Good luck

    Go for it! I had start court proceedings too and they took it right to the wire, but I banked my lovely cheque today :)

    a bit premature but how much is it to make a claim on the moneyclaim website thing, just so i can start saving for it just in case and do u get this cash back??

    It depends on the amount of the claim, but my parents' charges added up to £1400 ish and theirs was £120, mine were £300ish and cost £50
