Repossessed,
I bought a caravan from a dealer 5 years ago, the dealer arranged the finance through Black Horse. About 2 years later my circumstances changed and BH agreed reduced payments, unfortunately even that was too hard for me and the caravan was eventually repossessed.
I was going through some paperwork last weekend and noticed that I had been paying for PPI, BH had not suggested I may be able to claim for this, and I didn't know that I was paying for it.
My question is: Were BH right to repossess the caravan without suggesting I may be able to claim and can I claim damages from them for loss of the caravan?

It depends on what you mean by your circumstances changed. If you mean you were made redundant, and the PPI policy covered that, then you may have a case.
If you were dismissed, or quit for example, that might not be covered.
You need to look out that PPI agreement and see exactly what it covers.0
