Is there a less irritating version of Flylady?

Hi all
I really like the idea behind Flylady, but it didn't work for me. I'm sure I ticked the box for only one email a day but I was getting 27 - many of them really patronising or just plain pointless. So I unsubscribed.
I would love to get one daily email with one housekeeping task to do, minus the extras. Does this service exist?
