had problems with them saying buy now pay nxt year has finished? supposed to end on the 31st.

i had ordered a system with them 3 years ago on 0% interest. Put the order though and recieved confimtaion online, heard nothing for 2 weeks then all of a sudden computer turns up on my doorstep. I hadnt signed any fianicial agreement at this stage but the the cheeky !!!!!!s put me on 20% interest rate without telling me.Nasty shock when they took the 1st payment i tells you.
They then Took me 3 months before they agreed they were in the wrong and refunded the interest payments.. Great system but though.0
