Finding horse race tapes, for a RACE NIGHT

As a member of my school's PTA, I am organising a race night. I am planning to run the event myslef, to include the organisation and administration of the tote.
I am fully aware of what needs to be done, along with the quite-stringent legal rules surrounding such an event eg. it has to be pure luck and not involve any skill, you have to have separate races on separate tapes, that are randomly chosen, horses cannot be named/identified other than with a number etc, etc..
Now I have no problem with most of it, except for getting the tapes.
Does anyone know of a reputable, and cheap (!) source of 6 or 8 such race tapes. I've several companies that rent them out, but the cheapest I've seen is about £75 for a 3-day rental of 6 race tapes. TOO expensive for us.
Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers,
Don
