I home educate my daughter and this afternoon we were on the playkidsgames site and I saw this option so I've signed up for it myself.
Basically, you sign up then prepare 'lists' for maths and english subjects etc this can be vocab or maths problems etc. Then after approval your lists will be incorporated into the games on their site. This means you'll have custom content that is fun and engaging, you won't have to print out worksheets AND you can also use others lists too.

this is an American site so it uses grade levels to search by rather than P1, P5 etc however a quick google search will give you the approximate age range correlation to grade numbers.
