i emailed viners and they come straight back saying that as i used the voucher the t&cs state the BBQ set is not included with not using the voucher.

Hi Chris,

Did you receive a despatch email?

I haven't heard anything from them, i've looked on the site but i can't see anything about tracking an order. Checked my bank account and the money has been taken.

We received our order yesterday, although not all good, given only one tracking number and opened the package and we are missing two sets of cutlery and the two serving dishes are smashed to bits, so have fired a email off to see what they say. They never said that the items will be sent in two packages.

I got a dispatch email and it arrived the next day. Only problem being where do I put it in my tiny kitchen.
