Thank OP - I managed to figure out that I could get it by creating an account without special instructions
In fact the prompt on the website was a big enough clue & didn't affect how much time I spent on that slow website!

I didn't know you needed to register to use the code as I had logged in when I went on the website! Maybe you should get your facts right before having a moan at people!!
