It is beautiful and very pleasant to use. I had Love Story as my 'best' cutlery (first marriage) Always regretted leaving it with ex-DH, he didn't appreciate it. But, as it was stay with him or leave the cutlery ....;)

Trying to buy the separate knives but they don't go in the basket...is there a trick?

You need to click on the individual knife pics first. This takes you to a page just showing that knife, then you add it. I know, it looks like you need to add them when you see all knives
