I believe (from browsing the ebay boards), that it's quite common for RD items to be delivered but not signed for.

You can claim the cost back for the recorded delivery element though

Okay, I've decided that I'm going to send Cahoot the template letter (Experian only came back about Lloyds TSB and TTI SPC so I'm going to assume possibly no progress on the others). On the address label should it be addressed to Cahoot or Santander?

Update: Looks like I don't need to contact Cahoot. Experian must have done the job .. I just did the 30 day free trial with Equifax and Cahoot/Santander is now showing as satisfied and a zero balance and with my default date as the day I went BR. So happy, thats another one sorted! :T
