Q for nip + fab frown fix Look winners?

Hi guys,

I am having a little trouble with my post at the moment, suspect some of it is being delivered to various neighbours (some more scrupulous than others!) as i live in an awkward place on a corner. My address is one street but the house is actually on another and i think i have a new post man who can't figure out where i am. I have had one prize deifnately go missing and i suspect possibly 2 others and have several more outstanding.

I know a lot of people on here won from a nip + fab frown fix from Look Magazine - has anybody rec'd theirs yet?

Just trying to figure out what i should be worrying about! This is a very frustrating situation!

If you are worried about your post it's best to speak to the post office about it, if you have a new postman surely you would would be receiving none if he didn't know where you lived?

I sometimes feel in the same boat as you hun, we have a different postman each time we have post delivered and usually on Friday's no one bother's to deliver post at all (it has been more common of late though). I also have noted since this time last year quite easily wins in double figures have been sent but not arrived. The problem is that the items could genuinely be lost, delayed, been addressed wrong, never sent out in the first place, not franked... the list goes on.

I worked in logistics in a previous life and we did test mails daily to see whether the Royal Mail were reaching service level agreements or not. It worked out as roughly 93% of mail arrived on time, the rest were either late or didn't arrive at all. I was quite shocked as back then I always received my personal mail on time. Since we moved it's been a whole other story.

If you are sure you are missing mail regularly (enough for you to be questioning it) I would write down the details and pass this onto Royal Mail for investigation. They wont be able to help though if you just have a feeling that things aren't arriving.

I won and haven't received mine. I think it said 28 days which I don't think we've reached yet.

Thanks savvybunny2009. I have contacted the post office so i am waiting for the response. I think it is the parcel delivery rather than the postman who is new and cannot find my house.

I am just going to have to wait and hear what they say and hope for the best!:(

I also won 5 glamour prizes and know that some people have rec'd theirs that are the same as mine but not sure if things are just slower where i live or if i am just paranoid!

I won one but I won from a blog and I've not received mine and the lady said that it's because the promotion people have to send them out and it's sold out at the moment and it's in really high demand so may be the same for you guys?
