well yes, i know that. but i started the thread hoping for some actual experiences or second/third hand stories, or even better if someone knows for sure if they have policies. that way i'd have something to go on to base a decision, rather than speculation about what might or might not be the case.

Back in my student days(loon time ago) i worked 10-6 for asda nights and weekend days for tesco.Had no problems left the jobs to start my own businesses which have been doing now for 15 years now, So no can be done

i gave possible scenario that could happen, whether anything might happen if you were found out is another story

I know of someone who works p/t Morrisons and p/t Asda... whether the two supermarkets know or not, I don't know, but they're in close proximity of each other so I'm sure they probably do.
