Tesco - Price Check & Reductions

If you buy any reduced food at Tesco, make sure you pay for it in a separate transaction to any full priced food.

If you put a Tesco receipt that has reductions on into the Price Check website, it will compare the reduced Tesco price with the full Asda price - meaning if you buy any full priced products that were cheaper at Asda, they may well be cancelled out by the saving you made on the reduced food, and you won't get a voucher.

Sorry if everyone already knows this, but I didn't - I wrongly thought that the Price Check website would put through any reduced items as "not applicable" because it's not comparing like with like, but no, very sneaky of Tesco!
