95% Mortgages

Hello people
My partner and I are looking to buy a house , we are both debt free and jointly earn £59000/year.we have a deposit towards a new hose but are really looking for a 90-95% mortgage .
Can anyone help as when i look online am told our ltv is to much/little , if you see what i mean.

Yorkshire Bank are doing 95% for first time buyers.
A bigger deposit will allow you access to better rates and bigger choice.0 -

hmm, shouldnt be impossible on your income, but the low deposit will rule out most lenders, I expect that is the problem0
