Trading Standards are investigating them at the request of Consumer Direct because they appear to place to much emphasis on recruiting,according to a report in todays Mail On Sunday.

Do you have a link to the story - i ask for two reasons:

We run craft fairs and this company have joined us recently - its good to know if they are not suitable for us

and we are also in a direct selling company - and i want to understand what the difference is between how they operate and we operate....

Arbonne, a cosmetics business promoted in Britain by the wife of Seventies heartthrob David Cassidy, is to be investigated by Trading Standards.

It has been referred by watchdog Consumer Direct for possible breaches of laws on pyramid selling.
