1DVD.co.uk - anyone else had problems?

I got the details of this company from the article on this website and wondered if anyone else has experienced problems.
When I tried to return my first DVD and get a certificate of posting from the local post office I was told I could not get one unless I paid an extra 12p (not a lot I know) because they had only put a first class stamp on it and it was too thick a package.
I tried to telephone the number listed on the website and found it to be unobtainable.
I have emailed to ask to cancel the membership and cancelled my Worldpay payment.
Has anyone else found any problems with this company?
Cheers

Yes, I had exactly all of the same problems with this company, which you have listed above. In addition to the above, one DVD they sent out to me would not play. I asked to be sent one of the same that did play, i.e. I returned the one that didn't play and asked for the same again, but a working one, to be sent to me. My request was ignored, they just went onto the next DVD on the list and sent this out to me. I cancelled my membership too. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially now that the post has gone up again, you will be charged extra at the post office if you request a certificate of postage, as they never put enough postage on the envelope.:j Bargain Spotter

Im with tesco and have never had problems (its cheaper aswell) but can i ask why you went to the post office to post it? Didnt the envolpe just have a part you rip off re-seal and put it in the post box? If the postage is paid both ways (like it says it is) why didnt you just put it in your postbox?Offical MSE Fantasy League Member:beer:0
