Endowment. Court action?

Did you not get a letter in 2000/2001 that said that they were now projecting the endowments to grow at a lower than expected rate and advised you then to do something about it...?

It's a 25 year year contract. You are right they expect you "to do something about it." They don't offer to let you break the contract.0
