paypal claim filed and they have finally given paypal a tracking number, problem is though the number they have given them is invalid.

Oooh yes!! Check out the Thorntons thread.. Someone had their chocs flung over their garden wall in the rain, someone else had theirs delivered on the porch according to their online tracking, hermes hadn't even bothered to ring the bell :eek:

paid 12th June, no sign of them yet. Opened paypal dispute as should be here by now.

I ordered on the 12th and they were delivered yesterday by a Hermes courier.

I've been very happy with Hermes when I've sent stuff with them - cheaper than Royal Mail sometimes.

I ordered mines on the 12th and received them today, not sure who delivered them as it was a woman in a car, although she did have one of that electronic things you sign.

I'm really chuffed with them, okey, had to wait a while but worth it for the bargin that they were, so I would use them again - just not if I was in a hurry for anything.

Just been given a Hermes tracking number via the paypal dispute. Tracking number does not exist... Tried speaking to Hermes but because I have ordered from a retailer they will not talk to me.... great eh!!


Update. Mine arrived this afternoon. Ordered and paid 12th June, despatched 13th June. Label actually states 2 day delivery so why take 10 days??
