We have checked into this and it would appear that money from certain accounts was inadvertently removed when we regressed back to an old back up programme on one of our servers. This will be corrected within the hour and your account balance re-instated.

Yeah they took off my £93 and I was a bit gutted but they put it back on and I got mugs.. posters.. notebooks :T

Was really quick actually discovered after a while it didn't even need to be a valid email address so saved me time making email accounts lol :P

I don't know what they are doing, my account has a £21 reversal and a £21 reinstated and now says I am £21 in credit, but I spent it yesterday already ... my account should have £1.75 left, and I was just using that up today along with the half price offer.

I don't know whether to spend the remainder of the £21 or not ...

and how can they do a £21 reversal anyhow, if they don't know my bank details and I have never paid them anything? were they going to send me a bill?

I was going to contact them about the card they have personalised with the name 'smile' and the wrong picture, which is still pending - but I didn't want them to see that it would be my 13th freebie off them. Yesterday some of the cards I ordered were the small ones - hope they'll be okay.

Hi, Nicola here I just had £93 reversed then put back on. I wouldn't of complained on facebook though lol too embarrasing however i'm glad they put it back in my account Got my mum the cutest calendar with some of the money.
