I have just checked the terms and conditions on the
Funky Pigeon Card Offer, and it says offer for free A5
card and if you want to upgrade you can pay the
difference.
Also free card offer valid until midnight on 13/6 and
can only be used once per customer

You have to press the select reward(?) can't remember the exact phrase but it's just to the right of the list of numbers. HTH
