Orange said this on the 14th.....still not updated my credit file so I forwarded all the info to the CRA's to update themselves
Further to my email dated 10 June 2011, regarding your Credit File.
I am happy to confirm, that our Credit Referrals department, have advised that the defaults have been removed from your Credit File. These have been replaced by status 'U' with Experian and Call Credit and 'Q' with Equifax. This is to show that there was a dispute on your account, however, query status 'Q' or 'U' has no detrimental effect on your credit file. This has been completed with all credit reference agencies we share information with and all changes should be visible on your credit file within 24 hours
