HELP: Can you keep House Clean in 45mins a Day?

Hi,
I've got a small Baby in the house & used to spend ages on my housework - ALL CHANGE now!!
I have approx 1 1/2 hours a day to shower, eat, stick washing machine on & prepare tea.
My question is : Is it possible to keep a Clean & Tidy House with about 45 mins a day to spare? All my friends have returned to work full-time & they employ cleaners but I'm much much happier at home with my Daughter & no way can we afford a cleaner.
Any TIPS on prioritising main tasks for the day, I seem to dawdle trying to get 1 room perfect & then the overall effect is not Brill!! Thank you Anybody out there who was once as scatty as I was!!
