tesco black floral bag bargain

i hope this is in the right place as i havent posted in this forum before.
i just got back from my local tesco, and i have got a nice black floral bag, it is a fair size with a black leather effect handle and a zip, it has pockets inside as well, its marked at £10 and i took it to the price checker to see if it was half price, it came up at £5 which i was happy with, but when i went through the till it took another £2.50 off, the assistant commented on what a bargain it was for £2.50, i hope this helps someone
